I handle residential real estate closings from start to finish: reviewing your purchase or sale agreement, conducting title searches, coordinating with your lender and the other side's lawyer, and making sure everything is properly registered on closing day. My background in mortgages means I'm comfortable with the financing side of a transaction as well as the legal side, which often means fewer surprises along the way.

Civil disputes require a clear-eyed look at liability, evidence, and your actual leverage. I evaluate your position early on, whether that means sending targeted demand letters or preparing formal pleadings to move a matter forward.
